These Terms govern your use of the UV Me mobile application. The uvmelife.com website has its own Website Terms of Use and Website Privacy Policy. App data practices are described in the App Privacy Policy. California residents: see our California Privacy Notice.
By downloading, accessing, or using UV Me, you agree to these Terms and to the App Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use UV Me. If you are between 13 and 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf. UV Me is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13; if we learn we have, we delete it.
Certain features are restricted to users 18 and older, regardless of the App's store age rating: submitting photos to us for public feature (Glow Spotlight and @uvmelife), opting in to anonymized behavioral research, and seeing, joining, creating or hosting a public Squad Tan meetup, including the Near You list. These are legal thresholds, not content restrictions — the rest of the App is available to users 13 and older. You must answer the age question in onboarding truthfully; misrepresenting your age is a breach of these Terms.
Sharing a glow with your own friends is available from 13. Accounts belonging to users under 18 are set so that glows are visible only to friends the user has accepted, no one becomes a friend without the user accepting the request, and photos are never shown publicly. Nothing a user under 18 shares with friends is ever submitted for public feature, published to @uvmelife, or used in marketing.
How adults and users under 18 connect. An adult account cannot find a user under 18 in search, send them a friend request, or invite them to a Squad Tan. A user under 18 may send a friend request to an adult they know, and the adult may accept it. A user under 18 may also share their personal add link or QR code with an adult they know; that adult can then send them a friend request, and the user under 18 decides whether to accept it. Once they are friends, they can see the glows and Squad Tans each shares with friends, and the adult may invite them to a friends or private Squad Tan. On a Squad Tan guest list, users under 18 and adults see each other only if they are already friends.
UV Me provides UV index information, sun-exposure timers and estimates, an SPF reapplication reminder, a cumulative UV dose tracker, an optional AI skin-type estimate, an AI wellness coach persona ("Goldie Glow"), a vacation UV planner, optional social features, and a shop of affiliate links to third-party retailers. Features may change, be added, or be withdrawn at any time.
UV Me Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple's In-App Purchase. Current pricing is $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year in the US, charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings, not in the App. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Payments, refunds, and billing disputes are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. UV Me LLC does not process your payment and cannot issue refunds directly.
Goldie question packs. Anyone with a UV Me account can buy Goldie questions as one-time, non-subscription In-App Purchases (for example, 1 question or 5 questions). Each question lets you send one message to Goldie in the Goldie chat and receive her answer. Purchased questions are tied to your UV Me account, do not expire, cannot be transferred, and are used only after any questions included in your plan for the month. If Goldie fails to answer because of an error on our side, that question is returned to your balance. Purchased questions have no cash value and are lost if you delete your account. Refunds are handled by Apple as described above.
UV Me may offer an introductory free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the trial converts automatically into a paid subscription at the then-current price. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.
A free trial includes a limited taste of the AI features: 3 Goldie questions, 1 Glow Plan and 1 Skin Scan for the whole trial. Full Pro limits apply from your first paid period. Goldie question packs you buy can be used during a trial.
All burn-time estimates, tan windows, vitamin D figures, cumulative dose readings, and skin-type assessments are estimates produced by generalized models. Individual results vary substantially with medication, hormones, skin condition, cloud cover, altitude, reflective surfaces such as water, sand and snow, time of day, and individual physiology.
Nothing in UV Me is a guarantee against sunburn, tanning, skin damage, or any other outcome. UV Me expressly disclaims responsibility for sunburn, skin damage, skin cancer, eye damage, heat illness, or any other health outcome arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. If you notice a mole or skin lesion that is new, changing, bleeding, or otherwise concerning, see a board-certified dermatologist — do not use UV Me to evaluate it.
How the numbers are set. The App's Skin Limit is the careful (low) end of a published, measured range for your selected skin tone, and the Tan Window is one half of that figure. A margin below a population average is not a margin below your threshold: people with the same skin tone differ by roughly two to one, and the App has no way of knowing where you fall until you tell it. The numbers assume untanned skin and typical real-world sunscreen application, which delivers less protection than the labeled SPF. If you turn on Skin Memory (UV Me Pro), then after six counted answers to the after-session question your Skin Limit is adjusted by those answers: down when you report pink, and up in small steps when you report no pink after a session that came close to your limit, never above 1.5 times or below half of your skin tone's starting figure. Those adjustments are based on your own observations, not on a measurement, and they can be wrong.
Sun exposure carries risk at any dose, including exposure within the limits the App shows. Damage to skin cells from ultraviolet radiation occurs at doses well below the amount that causes visible redness. UV damage occurs even if you do not burn. There is no amount of sun exposure that the App represents as safe.
Tanning oils and other products that do not contain a sunscreen do not protect against sunburn. Selecting "tanning oil" in the App records a habit for your own log; it does not change any figure the App shows and does not reduce any risk.
Regardless of anything the App displays, we recommend you apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen and reapply at least every two hours, seek shade during peak UV hours, wear protective clothing and eyewear, perform regular skin self-examinations, and get professional skin checks.
Where the data comes from. UV index values and forecasts shown in UV Me are obtained from Open-Meteo (reached through our own servers), NOAA / National Weather Service observed sky conditions, and currentuvindex.com satellite UV readings, and are combined with published erythemal-response models to produce the App's estimates. UV Me does not measure UV radiation with your device. Your phone has no UV sensor; every UV figure in the App is modeled or forecast, not measured at your location.
It will sometimes be wrong. Actual UV intensity where you are standing may differ — sometimes substantially — from the value displayed. We do not warrant the accuracy, correctness, reliability, adequacy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose of any UV index, forecast, burn time, tan window, dose figure, SPF calculation, recommendation, or other output of the App.
Known conditions that reduce accuracy. Estimates are materially less reliable in the presence of: broken or variable cloud cover; high altitude; reflective surfaces including water, sand, snow, and concrete; shade, umbrellas, and tree cover; window glass and vehicle interiors; ozone anomalies; smoke or haze; wet skin, sweat, or swimming; sunscreen applied in insufficient quantity or not reapplied; photosensitizing medications and medical conditions; and any period during which your device has no network connection and the App is showing cached data.
Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence. UV Me uses AI for the optional skin-type estimate, the Goldie Glow coach, the Goldie Glow Planner, Goldie's read on your Journey, and product recommendations. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inapplicable to your situation. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for any health decision. Goldie Glow is a wellness coach persona — not a licensed medical, dermatological, or skincare professional — and nothing it says is medical advice.
Who can use it. Goldie chat is included with UV Me Pro, up to the monthly number of questions shown in the App (currently 50 a month), and is available to any account through Goldie question packs (Section 4). A free account includes no Goldie questions. Each message you send to Goldie counts as one question.
How it works. Your message is sent through our servers to our third-party AI processing provider, which generates the reply. So that answers are about you, each message also carries the profile the App holds for you, as listed in the App Privacy Policy (Section 2): your skin type, current UV and today's forecast, your Skin Limit, recent sessions, Skin Memory if on, your plan, upcoming trips, your place name, and whether your account is under 18. We do not send your name, email, or contact details. We do not store your Goldie conversation on our servers; the chat history stays on your device. The App asks your permission before anything is sent to our AI provider, and you can turn it off at any time in Profile, Consents & Privacy. If you say no, nothing is sent and no Goldie question is used.
What Goldie will and won't do. Goldie only helps with sun, UV, skin, SPF, tanning, vitamin D, beach and travel sun, and UV Me itself, and will politely decline other requests. She will not suggest time in the sun beyond the Skin Limit the App shows you, is not a doctor, and will point you to a dermatologist for any skin concern. For users under 18 she follows stricter rules: sunscreen every session, gentler sessions, sunless options for deeper color, and never tanning beds. Goldie may mention UV Me features that fit your question, including Pro features and Squad Tans with your friends. When your message names a beach, Goldie's answer may use what UV Me's beach guide holds about it (its name, county and state, UV Me visitor ratings and tags, and any active advisory); she does not otherwise know the beach. Her answers are AI-generated estimates and suggestions, subject to Sections 6 to 8.
The AI Skin Scan captures a single camera image solely to estimate your Fitzpatrick skin phototype. It does not detect, screen for, or assess skin cancer, moles, lesions, sun damage, or any medical condition. The image is processed on our backend and deleted immediately after analysis. UV Me does not perform facial recognition, and does not create, collect, or retain any biometric identifier, faceprint, facial template, or facial geometry, and does not use the image to identify you or for any purpose other than the skin-type estimate. The Scan is optional — you may set your skin type manually instead. By using it you consent to this one-time processing.
When the Scan is unreliable. The estimate is known to be less accurate in poor or coloured lighting, with makeup, self-tanner or an existing tan, with filters or beauty modes enabled, at unusual angles or distances, with wet skin, or where tattoos, facial hair, or coverings obscure the skin. If the estimate does not match your experience of how your skin behaves, set your skin type manually — your own knowledge of your skin is more reliable than the model.
UV Me sells nothing in the Shop. Every product on its Skin, Beach and Reads shelves is a link to a third-party retailer, and every link on its Rx Skin tab goes to a third-party telehealth provider, which is solely responsible for its own medical services, prescriptions and offers. UV Me LLC is not the seller, manufacturer, importer, or distributor of any product shown, does not handle payment, fulfilment, shipping, returns, or warranty claims, and makes no representation about any product's safety, efficacy, SPF rating, availability, or price.
We earn commissions. UV Me LLC participates in affiliate programs including the Amazon Associates Program and earns from qualifying purchases made through links in the App. This material connection exists for product recommendations made anywhere in the App, including recommendations made by the Goldie Glow AI coach. This disclosure is made in accordance with the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255). A commission never changes your price.
Product information, including SPF values, is drawn from manufacturer and retailer listings and may change without notice. Always read the product's own label and Drug Facts panel, which control over anything shown in the App.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@uvmelife.com of any unauthorized use.
Usernames must not impersonate another person or brand, infringe a trademark, or be obscene or harassing. We may reclaim or change a username at our discretion. Adding friends, sending or accepting squad invitations, and appearing on leaderboards are optional social features; other users will see your username and the stats those features display. Your profile photo is stored privately and is visible only to you. Do not put anything in a username or profile that you would not want publicly visible.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Deletion removes your profile and account data as described in the App Privacy Policy.
UV Me is not the organizer. Squad Tan meetups are created, organized, and hosted by users. UV Me LLC is not the host, organizer, sponsor, supervisor, or insurer of any meetup, is not a party to any arrangement between attendees, and does not attend, staff, or supervise any gathering.
We do not vet anyone. UV Me LLC does not conduct criminal background checks or identity verification on users, and does not attempt to verify the truth or accuracy of anything a user says about themselves, a location, or an event. You are meeting strangers.
Inherent risks. You acknowledge that attending or hosting an in-person meetup carries inherent dangers, including sunburn and heat illness; drowning, rip currents, and other water hazards; injury on sand, rock, or roadway; travel to and from the location; illness; property loss or theft; harassment, assault, or other criminal conduct by other attendees or third parties; and death. Meetups organized through UV Me commonly take place outdoors in direct sun, often at times of high UV.
Release. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release UV Me LLC and its officers, members, and agents from all claims arising out of or connected with any meetup, and you also release the organizing user and other attendees from claims based on their conduct or negligence in connection with a meetup. You attend at your own risk.
Your obligations as an attendee or host. Follow all posted rules and local laws at the location; do not host a meetup you are not lawfully permitted to hold; do not invite or knowingly admit anyone under 18 to a public meetup; tell someone you trust where you are going; meet in public places; and use your own judgment about your safety at all times. Report unsafe conduct to us and, where appropriate, to local authorities. In an emergency, call 911.
We may remove any meetup, or any user, at any time and without notice.
"User Content" means any photo, image, text, or other material you submit through the App, including glows you share, messages you send in Squad Chat, and messages to Goldie Glow. By submitting User Content you represent and warrant that: (a) where the content is submitted to us for public feature (Glow Spotlight or @uvmelife), you are 18 or older, and where it is shared only with friends you have accepted, you are 13 or older; (b) you own or have all rights and permissions to the content and everything in it, including the permission of every identifiable person shown; (c) if it shows anyone under 18, it is shared only with friends you have accepted and is never submitted for public feature; (d) it is not defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, infringing, or otherwise unlawful; and (e) submitting it breaches no third party's rights.
You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant UV Me LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display it to operate, promote, and market the App and UV Me LLC, including on social media. Content you share only with your accepted friends is used only to show it to them and to run the App; we use User Content in marketing only when you submit it to us for public feature, and we never use content showing anyone under 18 in marketing. This license continues for content already submitted even if you stop using the App, until the content is withdrawn from public-facing use.
If you are 18 or older, you can submit a photo to be featured by UV Me from a Glow Check, from your Gallery, or from the Glow Spotlight section. Every path shows the same statement, which you must agree to before anything is sent, and every path creates the same record: the photo, a submission code, the time, your username, the statement you agreed to, the version of these Terms you accepted and when, and your app version and device type. Submitting does not guarantee your photo will be featured, and we do not tell you whether it is. A photo we feature is kept with its record as proof of your consent; how long we keep submissions is set out in the App Privacy Policy (Section 8).
UV Me LLC does not use your User Content to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop artificial intelligence models, and does not permit anyone to whom we license or sublicense your content to do so. We operate no model training of any kind. This is our own commitment and does not depend on any third party. If we ever intend to train on User Content, we will amend these Terms and ask for your consent first — we will not begin doing it under the license granted above.
Our AI providers. Some features send content to a third-party AI provider to generate a response for you. Our commitment to you is about how we choose and use those providers: we will use only providers whose terms prohibit training on the data we send them, and we will not knowingly send your User Content to a provider that trains on it.
A provider's own terms are outside our control and can change. We therefore make no promise about what any provider may do in the future. What we promise instead is that if a provider's terms change so that they could train on your content, we will move to a different provider, disable the affected feature, or update these Terms and tell you before continuing — we will not leave a statement standing here while it has stopped being true. As of the Effective Date at the top of this page, we have verified that our current provider is contractually prohibited from training on the data we send.
UV Me has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We do not pre-screen User Content and are not obliged to monitor it, but we may review, refuse, or remove anything at our sole discretion without notice. Every user can report content, a meetup, a message, or a user, and can block another user, from within the App. Every individual photo can be reported from the photo itself. A photo you report is hidden from you immediately. A photo reported for nudity or for the safety of a minor is hidden from everyone at once, pending our review, as is any photo reported by three or more people. Blocking someone also ends the friendship, hides each of you from the other, and prevents them joining a meetup you are hosting. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours, including by removing the content and ejecting the user who submitted it. Contact us at support@uvmelife.com.
Squad Chat is text and emoji only — no photos, no links — and is available only between accepted friends. To protect younger users, chats are kept within a single age group: a user under 18 and an adult are never placed in the same conversation. Messages you send are User Content and are subject to the conduct rules in Section 13. Every message runs through an automated content filter, and you can report a message and block the sender from within the chat. We may review reported messages and remove content or users as described above. Deleting a conversation removes it from your own inbox only: the other person keeps their copy, every message stays stored so it can still be reported, and the conversation comes back to your inbox if they send a new message. Do not use Squad Chat to harass, threaten, solicit, share unlawful content, or move a conversation with a minor off the App.
You agree not to: use the App unlawfully or for any unlawful purpose; harass, threaten, stalk, or impersonate anyone; submit any image of a person under 18 for public feature; scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code; interfere with or overload our infrastructure; circumvent the age gate or any access control; use the App to sell or promote goods or services without our written permission; or misuse Squad Tan to arrange meetings with minors or for any unlawful purpose; or misuse Squad Chat to harass, solicit, or contact a minor, or to move a conversation with a minor off the App.
Photos. You further agree not to submit, share, send, or otherwise make available to us or to any other user any photo or image that: is sexually explicit, pornographic, or shows nudity; depicts any person under 18 in a sexualized manner; depicts violence, self-harm, or cruelty; was taken of another person without their knowledge or consent, or shows them in a place where they had a reasonable expectation of privacy; is intended to harass, humiliate, threaten, or intimidate anyone; or that you do not otherwise have the right to share. This applies to every photo anywhere in the App — including a glow shared with your friends or sent to another user — not only to photos submitted to us.
With your separate, explicit opt-in, and only if you are 18 or older, UV Me collects anonymized SPF and Squad Tan meetup events not linked to your name or email (a private link to your account is kept only so we can delete your events), and may compile them into aggregated insights that are licensed commercially to suncare, skincare, and wellness brands. This is described in full, including how to opt out at any time, in the App Privacy Policy. The opt-in is off by default, costs you no feature, and can be withdrawn at any time in Settings. Users under 18 are excluded entirely. Independently of any opt-in, UV Me may compute aggregate, identifier-free usage statistics about Squad Tan (such as meetups per city and month, activities, group sizes, and self-reported attendance) from the records needed to operate the feature; these count meetups, never people, and are described in the App Privacy Policy. Attendance is self-reported by attendees and is not verified by UV Me.
The App, its content, design, models, UV ME and GOLDIE GLOW marks, and all related intellectual property are owned by UV Me LLC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The App relies on and links to third-party services, including Open-Meteo, NOAA / National Weather Service, currentuvindex.com, OpenStreetMap, Supabase, RevenueCat, Sentry, Vercel, Resend, GitHub, Apple, Google and Clearbit (brand logo images in the Shop), our AI processing provider, telehealth providers, and retailer and affiliate websites. We do not control those services or sites, are not responsible for their content, availability, practices, or policies, and their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that UV data will be accurate for your location. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.
You acknowledge that exposure to ultraviolet radiation — including exposure for the purpose of tanning — carries inherent and well-documented risks including sunburn, premature skin aging, eye damage, and skin cancer, and that UV radiation is classified as a known human carcinogen. You further acknowledge that skin damage from UV exposure is cumulative over your lifetime and is often permanent and irreversible, and that a cumulative dose figure displayed in the App is an estimate that neither measures nor limits the damage you may sustain.
Tanning and burning are physiological responses to UV exposure that UV Me cannot prevent, control, or guarantee against. By using UV Me you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks arising from sun and UV exposure, whether or not you rely on the App's estimates, timers, dose readings, or guidance, and including exposure that falls within any limit, window, or dose figure the App displays. You acknowledge that UV damage to skin occurs even if you do not burn, that a tan is itself a sign of UV damage, and that no figure in the App represents an amount of exposure that is free of risk. Any decision to tan, to remain in the sun, or to limit or extend your exposure is yours alone.
UV Me does not encourage tanning beyond the limits the App shows, and does not recommend or endorse tanning beds or other artificial UV devices. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UV Me LLC is not responsible or liable for any sunburn, tan, skin damage, skin cancer, eye damage, heat illness, or other health outcome resulting from your sun or UV exposure. This Section adds to, and does not limit, Sections 6, 7, 11, and 17.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UV Me LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the App, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid UV Me LLC for UV Me Pro and Goldie question packs in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UV Me LLC and its officers, members, and agents from any claim, damage, loss, liability, and expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your conduct at or in connection with any Squad Tan meetup, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any decision you make about sun or UV exposure, whether made with or without reference to the App's estimates, timers, dose readings, or guidance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Except as set out below, any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Arbitration will be held in Collier County, Florida, or — at your election — by telephone, video, or written submission. The award may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and UV Me LLC may bring claims against the other only individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any representative proceeding.
Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information. Claims not subject to arbitration go to the state and federal courts in Collier County, Florida, and you consent to jurisdiction there.
You may opt out of arbitration and the class-action waiver within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@uvmelife.com with your name and the email on your account, or by writing to UV Me LLC, Naples, Florida. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
UV Me LLC complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Send notices containing the information the DMCA requires to our Designated Agent: DMCA Agent, UV Me LLC, 4074 Aspen Chase Dr., Naples, FL 34119 · 614-313-2161 · legal@uvmelife.com (U.S. Copyright Office registration DMCA-1081049). We remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
These Terms are between you and UV Me LLC only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to the App, including product liability, any failure to conform to a legal requirement, or claims under consumer protection or similar legislation, nor for any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and are not on any U.S. Government prohibited-party list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
UV Me's Skin Limit, Tan Window and dose estimates are derived from published, peer-reviewed measurements of the Minimal Erythemal Dose by skin phototype (erythemally weighted, CIE), applied to third-party UV index data integrated along the day's forecast, adjusted for the Fitzpatrick phototype you select or accept and for a real-world sunscreen application rate documented in the published literature. The App uses the careful (low) end of each phototype's measured range, and rounds every figure down. If you turn on Skin Memory, your own answers then adjust that figure within the bounds described in Section 6. No published study has measured skin darker than Fitzpatrick Type VI; the App's seventh tone uses the Type VI range and does not extend it. These are population-level models, not measurements of you. The full methodology, including each figure's source and DOI, is shown inside the App under "How we got this," reachable from the Skin Limit figure on the Now tab, and is available on request at support@uvmelife.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for conduct we judge harmful to other users. Sections 6–9, 11, 12, and 15–24 survive termination.
Inappropriate photo use. We may remove any photo and suspend or permanently terminate your account, without notice and without refund, for inappropriate photo use — including submitting, sharing, or sending any image prohibited by Section 13. Reports involving nudity or the safety of a minor are treated as our highest priority: the content is hidden immediately, and confirmed violations result in permanent loss of access and, where the law requires it, a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or to law enforcement. A terminated account is not entitled to a refund of any unused subscription period.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the App and the "Effective" date above updated. Continued use after a material change, or acceptance of the updated Terms when prompted, constitutes acceptance.
